Key Account Manager / B2B Sales
At Ela-compil, we believe the role of a salesperson has changed. It's no longer just about contacting clients and presenting an offer. Today, what matters is understanding the buying process, building trust, guiding clients through decisions, and using the right tools and communication.
That's why we are looking for someone who wants to work in a modern, responsible, and long-term way — and grow into the role of a Key Account Manager.
Your role (in practice)
- you develop relationships with business clients and become their trusted partner
- you conduct advisory sales conversations — you don't just "sell", you solve problems
- you manage the entire sales process (from first contact to long-term cooperation)
- you actively acquire clients — including through LinkedIn and online activities
- you collaborate with marketing, because you understand that sales and communication are one process today
- you build your personal brand as a specialist, not just a "salesperson"
Who we're really looking for
- has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience
- can talk to a client as a partner, not a salesperson
- understands that sales is a process, not a one-time transaction
- uses (or wants to use) social selling and modern tools
- sees value in communication, content, and building trust
- wants to grow — not just hit targets
- is self-reliant and takes responsibility for results

Project Manager Assistant / Systems Engineer
We are looking for a technically educated person who wants to develop in the building security and automation industry — from design to deployment.
This role is for someone who:
- is a graduate or final-year student of a technical university (electrical engineering, automation, telecommunications, electronics, or related)
- speaks English at a level enabling comfortable communication (German is a plus)
- is proficient in AutoCAD
- is familiar with computer networking
- can work in a team
- is ready for frequent business travel
- wants to learn and acquire new knowledge
- performs well under time pressure
- holds a category B driving licence
Experience in a similar role will be an additional advantage.
