GEMOS PSIM

At our facility, the GEMOS system has been used since the building opened, i.e. since October 2013. The system was installed while the shopping centre was still under construction and has operated continuously ever since. The environment integrates practically all systems responsible for the facility's fire safety.

In premium-class facilities, safety standards must be at the highest level. The implementation of the GEMOS system helped us maintain that standard. I appreciate Ela-compil's substantive support – they understand that at our level of management, precision and absolute reliability matter.

Article 35 section 3 point 1 of the Public Finance Act obliges us to spend public funds purposefully and economically, while observing the principle of achieving the best results from the given expenditure. In my opinion, the integration of security systems meets this condition and fits perfectly into the new provision of the Real Estate Management Act, while fulfilling both of its requirements: ensuring proper economic and financial management and safe use.

GEMOS handles more than 500 controls in a facility that includes a 600-seat theatre. During performances, other events such as exhibitions also take place in the building. In the event of a threat and activation of fire protection systems (sprinklers, fire gates, dampers in ducts, voice alarm system, emergency lighting), fast location and staff intervention are required. Here, the system is indispensable. The building staff quickly became familiar with GEMOS.
